In this episode of the Disney series, which appeared as a presentation of "Magical World of Disney", Davy and President Andrew Jackson reminisce about an Indian uprising they helped put down 25-years before. An ageing Davy Crockett visits his old friend Andrew Jackson, who's now the US president, while on his way to the Alamo. They reminisce about old times, and that flashback begins the adventure. It's all quite good fun despite the fact that, as you would expect from a Disney picture, it's a bit sanitized and the `backwoods' dialogue is sometimes hard to take.
