Movie Plot:
The story follows the sexual experiences of college roommates Jonathan and Sandy, whose differing temperaments and the changing sexual mores of the time impact their relationships with women. Despite constantly striving for what the other has, their relationships are never fully satisfying, and as they enter middle age, they face challenges in their love lives that they may not have anticipated.
